Shipping policy

Shipping is always free in the continental U.S.

Bell+Modern does not sell currently in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other territories or countries outside of the continental 48 states.

Important: Be sure to inspect your order prior to signing delivery receipts.

It is the customer's responsibility to check for any damages before signing any freight receipt. While our warehouse team takes great care to ship out a product in its new condition, it is possible to have concealed damaged during transit, which must be noted in the delivery documentation. The best and easiest course of action is to inspect the product on site during delivery, but if the driver will not wait, make sure not to sign that the product was in good condition.

If there is evident damage to your set, please refuse the order and note the damage on the delivery receipt. It is imperitive that you write "REFUSED DUE TO DAMAGE IN TRANSIT" so we can send a replacement.
